- We share it only with the people who deliver your trip (guides, drivers, venues) and with Stripe for payments.
- We never sell your data. Our websites use no tracking or advertising cookies.

Who we are
This policy covers dardaytours.com, run by Horizon Hospitality Group Limited, Ground Floor, Delta by Marriott Hotel, Slipway Road, Masaki, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. We are responsible for the personal information you give us when you enquire or book.

What we collect
- Contact details: your name, phone / WhatsApp number and email address.
- Trip details: travel or tour date, number of guests (and children's ages where prices depend on them), hotel or pickup location, and anything you tell us about dietary or access needs.
- Payment details: card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout page. We never see or store your full card number; we receive a payment confirmation with your name, email, phone, the amount and the booking details you entered.
- Messages: the WhatsApp messages and emails you send us.
Why we use it
- To arrange, book and confirm your tours.
- To send your confirmations and pickup details, usually on WhatsApp, and to contact you about changes on the day.
- To take payment and keep the accounting and tax records the law requires.
- To answer your questions and handle any problems.
We only message you about your enquiry or booking. We do not send marketing unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
- Guides, drivers and venues that run part of your tour, only the details they need.
- Stripe and Key 2 Destinations Tourism LLC (Dubai, UAE), to process and collect card payments.
- Authorities, only if the law requires it.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. Some of these partners (Stripe, Key 2 Destinations Tourism LLC) process data outside Tanzania; we only share what is needed for your payment.
Cookies and website data
Our websites do not use analytics, tracking or advertising cookies, and they do not set cookies of their own. Fonts and images are served from our own web server.
Like every website, our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the site secure and working.
When you tap a booking or payment link you go to Stripe's checkout, and WhatsApp links open WhatsApp. Those services have their own privacy policies and cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep booking information only as long as we need it to deliver your trip and handle any follow-up, and for as long as the law requires us to keep accounting and tax records.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted (unless we must keep it by law). Email hello@horizontz.com from the address or number you booked with, and we will reply as soon as we can. We handle personal data in line with Tanzania's Personal Data Protection Act, 2022.
Security and children
We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe and share it only with people who need it. Details about children travelling with you are provided by, and handled with, their parent or guardian.
Governing law and changes
This policy is governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. We may update it from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version.
